Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of rangora.org and the Rangora applications and services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Rangora provides software-as-a-service applications (including Rangora eCom and Rangora ISP) and related services such as SMS delivery, backups and custom software work. Features depend on the package you subscribe to.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by staff users you create.
3. Billing & renewal
Packages are billed in advance. If a renewal payment is not made by the due date, the service may be suspended after a grace period and reactivated when payment is received. Trial packages require approval and convert to paid packages unless cancelled.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, including fraud, spam, infringement of others' rights, or distributing malware; you may not attempt to breach or overload the platform, resell access without authorization, or interfere with other tenants.
5. Your data
The business data you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store it (including your own customers' information). We provide automatic encrypted backups; you should also keep your own copies of critical records.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rangora's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid. You may cancel at any time; see the Refund Policy for how payments are handled.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
