Rangora ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use rangora.org and the Rangora applications.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number and address you provide at signup.
- Billing information: payment method, amounts and transaction references. We do NOT store your full card number, PIN or wallet password.
- Service data: the business data you and your team enter in your own panel (customers, products, orders, billing records). This data belongs to you.
- Technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the service.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and operate the service, process payments, send service notifications (email/SMS), provide support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Third-party services
We use trusted third parties strictly to operate the service: payment providers (e.g. bKash, Nagad, banks and card gateways) to process payments, SMS gateways to deliver messages, and cloud storage for encrypted backups. Each provider only receives the minimum data required.
4. Your service data
Data in your panel is yours. We access it only to provide support you request, to maintain the service, or where the law requires. Automatic backups are encrypted.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the service may stop working.
6. Data retention & deletion
We keep your account data while your subscription is active. If your account is closed, service data and backups are removed from our systems after the retention window ends. You may request deletion earlier by contacting support.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted backups, access controls and audit logs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
